Super proud, but… we really need you!
We are incredibly proud of the volunteers in Blixembosch. Over 200 amazing people who make sure our neighborhood is buzzing with fantastic activities for all ages. Carnival, BlixemKids, Sinterklaas, King’s Day, the Family Spectacle… all of this happens thanks to these great people.
We’re also super proud of our residents. It’s always wonderful to see so many of you enjoying and participating in the activities. Your enthusiasm and appreciation give us the energy to keep going.
But… it’s becoming more and more difficult to find volunteers. For more and more activities, we’re running short on hands, and often it’s the same people who are doing all the heavy lifting. We’re grateful for them, but it’s really starting to feel tight. No volunteers, no activities!
If we want to continue enjoying everything that makes our neighborhood so special, we really need your help. Whether you can help for just a few hours or want to contribute more often, every hand, every hour makes a difference.
What can you do?
- Respond to a call when volunteers are needed.
